I. Love. Tea. Or should I say tea loves me? I’m not a coffee drinker for reasons that I am a tea drinker. I like the way tea makes me feel. I like the taste. And I like the aftertaste. Plus, it just seems so civil sipping tea.
My first real introduction to tea was in Japan. Japanese green tea is my favorite. But I also enjoy Chinese teas, black and herbal teas, and teas from anywhere in the world. (On a trip to The Azores, San Miguel Island a couple years ago, we toured the oldest tea plantation in Europe, where I was surprised to find delicious green tea.)
