Since I practice and teach Yoga, I could write volumes on the many benefits of regular Yoga practice. Key word here is "regular". Yoga is not something you try once. It's not even something you do on a regular basis, maybe once a week. Yoga is like brushing your teeth- it's a daily necessity for maintaining a balanced mind and body.
