The day I met Carlos, we became instant friends. I had just finished teaching a Yoga class and he came into the room and introduced himself as someone who wanted to start teaching dance. Weekend in San Francisco

Nearly 30 years ago, I spent a long weekend in San Francisco and have been fortunate to do it again many times since, for a variety of reasons - to visit friends, attend conferences, and to layover on my way into/out of the country (which I highly recommend).
