This is the bombdiggity of yoga towels. Yogitoes has obviously put a lot of thought into the design and quality of materials used. I cannot say enough good things about this towel. I bought the Mayan print version and have used it for heated (105 degrees) Yoga class and have laundered it as well. It even has a cushy round circle at the top just perfect for resting your chin in preparation for spine-strengthening postures when lying on your stomach.
Now, if you’re reading this and you do not practice Yoga, especially really hot Yoga where a towel covering your mat is an absolute necessity, you’re probably thinking I must be crazy to care so much about a silly towel. Well, until you’ve been in a 90-minute, hot Yoga class, there’s probably nothing I can say here that will convince you that a great towel can make a huge difference in your practice. If nothing else, I’d rather utilize the resting time between postures to rest rather than adjust my towel and mat. (People who practice will know what I mean.)
