Since I use airline and travel-related websites in general a lot, I have become very aware of both the positive and negative aspects of their function and usability. Most, I have found, have both good and bad characteristics. Japan Airlines’ website is the one and only exception I have found thus far.
Their site is fast, efficient, and about as user-friendly as it gets. Even when reserving international flights in various classes of service. The only thing I have found that I do not like is that they do not honor TSA Precheck. I’m sure they have their reasons, but I don’t like it. Everything else about JAL’s website and reservation system gets a 5 Heart Rating. Good thing too because with the upcoming Olympics they’re gonna need to be on it!
