I love my car. As a child I never understood why my mom was so attached to her car. I thought it was sweet but I didn’t really understand it. Until now. My mom didn’t even start driving until she was in her thirties. I remember being in the back seat of the car while she practiced with her driving instructor, Mr. Peterson. (Can’t believe I remember his name.) So when she got a new car it was a really big deal. Every single time. I recall my parents buying only one brand new car, a station wagon of course. We have a huge family! And when it came time to retire that wagon my mom cried.
That will be me when the time comes to part with my beloved Acura TL. When I left it parked outside for the first time in its life, it got a crack in the dashboard. Have to admit I was a bit distraught. Enter Dashtopper.
