Bolero Restaurante

Fortunately, I have had the pleasure of dining at most of the restaurants in the Temecula (California) Wine Region. Bolero Restaurante at Europa Village is my current favorite. I recently dined with good friends and my son at Bolero at the recommendation of a very dear friend with really good taste in restaurants. We had an absolute perfect time. The food, the ambiance, and service were all top notch.

Bolero is a Spanish-themed restaurant featuring tapas, microbrews, and their own wines. Our group of 8 ordered appetizers and 6 different dishes and all were very good. My son is a paella fan and really enjoyed Bolero’s version of this Spanish cuisine. We rounded out our lunch with a few desserts we could share and they were all wonderful.

We sat outside as pictured here.
Gorgeous day as are most
Temecula days.

Europa Village has a beautiful hotel and French (C’est la Vie) and Spanish (Bolero) wineries with plans for the addition of Vienza, an Italian winery. You could easily spend a couple days just here or venture to the 90+ wineries that comprise the Temecula Valley Wine Region. I recommend the Deportola corridor for red enthusiasts especially.

If you have any questions about Bolero, Europa Village, or the Temecula Wine Region, please don’t hesitate to reach out. (I’ve also coordinated weddings and events and taught Yoga at the wineries, so if you have questions about any of that, just ask!)

Cheers!
